* How to PDF: Scan a Paper Form with your Phone | Paper Forms such as the Exterior Alteration Request cannot be submitted by taking a photo with your phone. The Results will be the wrong orientation, small and will not be readable when received by us. You can however use your phone to Scan a paper form by using a PDF App on your phone. When using the App, a scanned photo of the Paper form will have the proper size and orientation and be readable when received.
a. Android – Open the “Drive App” – Tap New (the plus sign) - Tap Scan to use your phone Camera to Scan the document – Tap the Check Mark – Tap the square looking Crop Button to drag the corners of the scan - Tap Done – The app will suggest a file name, which you can change to suit the document - Save - The resulting file name will end with .pdf instead of .jpg. It will Save in your Drive folder where you can copy it and place it in your email, etc.
b. iPhone – Open “Notes” – Create a new note – Tap the Camera Button – then tap Scan Documents – place your document in view of the camera. If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan. If you need to manually capture a scan, tap the Shutter button – drag the corners to adjust the scan to fit the page, then tap Keep Scan – Tap Save or add additional pages to our scan. The resulting file name will end with .pdf instead of .jpg.

* Vehicle Registration Form | Per the Rules and Regulations, all Oak Hill Residents must Register their Vehicles. We are now using a "Vehicle Registration Module" to track all vehicles going forward. Even if you currently have your vehicles registered through Danella, residents are required to reenter your vehicles info in the new module.
It is easy to add/delete your own vehicles within the Member Area of the Oak Hill Website.

2024 OH-VSR Pool Notice, Rules & Application | Oak Hill Homeowners:
The 2024 Pool Season is scheduled to start on Saturday, May 25, 2024 of the Memorial Day Weekend. The pool will be open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The hours are Saturday – Thursday 11:00AM-7:00PM and Fridays from 11:00AM-8:00PM. There will be an adult swim (18 or older) daily from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. The pool will only be open when pool attendants are present.
We will be requiring that all swimming area users sign a waiver that there are no lifeguards on site.
The membership fee for the 2024 season will be $240.00 per household. You are not eligible for a pool membership if you are delinquent on your Oak Hill at Spring Ridge Homeowner Association fees.
Kindly complete the enclosed membership application, the liability waiver and send your check, IN THE AMOUNT OF $240.00, PAYABLE TO: VILLAGES OF SPRING RIDGE HOA to VSRHOA, c/o Danella Realty & Mgmt., P.O. Box 1017, Blue Bell, PA 19422-1017.
Pool tags are not transferrable and cannot be used by anyone other than the individual to whom they are assigned.

Dryer Duct Cleaning - (Due in Odd Years) | The Association now requires that all dryer ducts are cleaned a minimum of once every two years. The deadline for you to have your dryer ducts cleaned is December 31, 2023. You will need to submit management a copy of your receipt from a licensed contractor as proof of compliance.

Rules&Regulations - Amendment 1 -Dec 13, 22 | First Amendment to the Revised Rules & Regulations Adopted February 3, 2022. Wheras; Section 6 1.q of the Declaration for the Oak Hill of Spring Ridge provides the Executive board the power to amend the Rules and Regulations. The Executive Board hereby amends the Rules and Regulations that were adopted in February 2022 as follows:

Tiki torches, wood fireplaces and wood firepits are prohibited.
All other rules and regulations remain unchanged. The Board of Directors adopted this rule and regulations amendment on December 13, 2022 and the amendment is effective immediately.

The Sherwin-Williams store located at 1291 Penn Ave, Wyomissing, PA 19610
has a color file for Oak Hill at Spring Ridge. Also, Sherwin-Williams offer a discount program called "Neighbor-to-Neighbor" HOA Association Program. If you apply for the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Program under Oak Hill at Spring Ridge Account, you will receive a 20% discount off of regular prices and 5% discount on sale prices. Plus Oak Hill will receive 3% cash back for the Association's use.

Smoke Detector Expiration | The National Fire Protection Association recommends to replace all smoke alarms, including alarms that use 10-yr batteries and hard-wired alarms when they are 10 years old or sooner if they do not respond when tested. The Association has found an electrician (MARK RAUGH ELECTRIC - 484-955-3006) that is offering to replace smoke detectors for an average of $20 PLUS the cost of the smoke detector. See enclosure for a sample of the smoke detectors that he most commonly installs. You can also obtain your own smoke detector and he will do the install. Contact MARK RAUGH at 484-955-3006 for more details.

Tennis - Pickleball Court Rules | We now have a beautifully renovated tennis/pickleball court. Play on the court is strictly for tennis or pickleball only. A lock has been placed on the fence to limit access. Keys are available from Danella Management for a $25 Refundable Deposit (upon return of key). Membership form and Court Rules enclosed.
