2023 Dryer Duct CleaningDear Oak Hill Unit Owners:
All homeowners of Oak Hill at Spring Ridge HOA are required to provide proof of professional cleaning of their dryer vents by December 31st every other year by sending a copy of the dryer vent cleaning invoice to the management company. The dryer vent hose/pipe must be cleaned or replaced and the exterior vent must be cleaned or replaced. THIS IS the Year. Non-compliance will result in monthly fines until this task is completed.
Some owners have completed their dryer vent cleaning already. If you have not done so yet, please be sure to schedule your cleaning soon and send proof of professional cleaning of your dryer vent by December 31, 2023 to our management company in one of the following ways:
