Meetings Concerning Resolution to Amend Declaration for Leasing
The Oak Hill Board hereby invites you to an informational meeting to discuss the proposed Amendment to the Oak Hill Declaration. This proposed Amendment would limit unit ownership and leasing. The informational meeting will be held at the VSR Rec Center on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 6:30 PM, no rsvp is required.The proposed Amendment will be put before the unit owners for a vote at a meeting to be held at the VSR Rec Center on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 6:00 PM. All owners will receive a formal notice of this meeting, along with detailed voting instructions by a separate letter to be sent out shortly via USPS first class mail. Please keep an eye out for this important communication.
