Community Yard Sale & Potluck 4/27/24 7am to 1pm
Oak Hill Owners and Occupants;THANK YOU to all who have already reached out to me planning to participate in our community sale event! It looks like this will be a wonderful turnout and a really fun day!
Any HOA member or resident may just come on Saturday to set up, but if you know beforehand, please reach out to me so I may better plan placement for your table/tables.
Existing sale signs we are reusing say 7-1, so this will be our sale timeframe.
*Please email me how many tables you will be bringing, so I may better plan for locations prior.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
•Check in & set up is 6:15-7:00.
Attendees will enjoy coffee, bagels and pastries during our set up!
Please check in with Lynne Morris to confirm your space location upon arrival.
•Sale outside clubhouse
7:00-1:00/2:00
•Event pack up 2:00-3:00
*Items wished to be donated should be bagged and put in the designated spot marked donation pick up.
*Arrangements have been made for donation truck pick up at 3 pm and I have requested donation forms be provided for all donors for tax purposes.
AFTER SALE POTLUCK/SOCIAL:
Social/Pot Luck inside the Clubhouse 4-6pm.
*Please email me before Friday if you’re planning on attending and what food or drink item you will be bringing!
