Results of the Resolution to Amend Declaration for Leasing
| Dear Oak Hill Homeowners, The Oak Hill Board (HOA) would like to extend its gratitude to everyone in the community who took their time to read through the leasing amendment information, and we truly appreciate the large number of owners who voted. 112 of the 130 owners took time to vote. After a thorough counting of the votes submitted, the count recorded that the 67% threshold required for approval of the amendment had been exceeded, with 74% of the Association in favor. The tally is as follows: 96 Votes in favor of the amendment 16 Votes against the amendment As a result, the amendment will take effect July 1, 2024. The Board will be drafting the regulations needed to implement the Amendment and we will be sending them out to the Community for comment in the weeks to come. For those who voted in favor of the amendment, we appreciate your support in ensuring our regulations align with our community’s vision for our neighborhood. For those of you who voted against this amendment, we value your perspective and comments. We understand that amendments like this one will affect each individual differently, and we are committed to a smooth implementation for all homeowners in the community.
