Oak Hill at Spring Ridge
Letter to Owners about Parking Rules 12.16.24
Dear Oak Hill Homeowners and Residents,Greetings from your Oak Hill Board!
As always, the Oak Hill HOA Board is committed to ensuring our neighborhood remains a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained place for everyone to call home. We want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation.
As a reminder, the updated parking rules that were enacted on November 1, 2024, are now in full effect. These updates were carefully designed to improve safety, accessibility, and overall convenience for our residents.
Starting in January 2025, the HOA will begin issuing first notices of noncompliance to address any parking violations. These letters are intended as a friendly reminder to help residents adjust to the new guidelines. However, please note that fines will follow if violations persist after a warning. Our goal is not to penalize but to encourage consistent adherence to the rules, which benefits all residents.
We truly hope to minimize the need for any such actions and are asking for your partnership in reviewing and adhering to the new rules. By doing so, we can work together for the good of all in our community. We truly want to avoid the need for letters or fines.
If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Danella Realty Management: Diane Gothard (610-834-6200) or dgothard@danellarealty.com.
We thank you for your efforts in helping us keep Oak Hill a beautiful and welcoming neighborhood for all. Let’s work together to make 2025 a fantastic year for our community!
